AidGPT is a training brand of MarketImpact Digital Solutions Ltd, not a separate legal entity. Questions: mariejosee@marketimpact.org or contact us .

Agreement and scope

By using aidgpt.org, applying for training, paying for a course, accessing a learner account, or using AidGPT materials, you agree to these Terms. If you use AidGPT on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

If we sign a separate written agreement with you or your organisation, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights and other legal protections that cannot be excluded continue to apply.

Learner accounts

Learner login is only for people who have already enrolled, purchased access, or been invited by their organisation or AidGPT. You must keep your credentials confidential, use your own account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared without permission, used to bypass security, or used in a way that could harm learners, AidGPT, MarketImpact, or third parties.

Training, payments, and invoices

Course descriptions, schedules, prices, VAT treatment, eligibility criteria, and cohort caps are shown on the relevant public page, application flow, invoice, or confirmation email. Prices are normally shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Revolut; AidGPT does not store full card details.

We may update course content, facilitators, dates, tools, or platform features where needed to improve the training, respond to provider changes, or protect learner safety. If a material change affects a paid cohort, we will offer a reasonable alternative, transfer, or refund where legally required or commercially appropriate.

Consumer cancellation and refunds

Many AidGPT purchases are made by organisations or professionals for work purposes. If you purchase as a consumer under Cyprus or EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.

For services, you may lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed after you asked us to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the effect on your withdrawal right. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you may lose the right to withdraw once performance begins after your express consent and acknowledgement. Some dated live events and tailored services may also be treated differently under applicable law.

Unless a course page, invoice, or separate agreement says otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. We may offer a cohort transfer, substitute participant, credit, partial refund, or refund depending on timing, access already provided, course format, and statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload or submit personal data, beneficiary or client details, safeguarding material, HR records, confidential donor information, procurement decisions, legal or medical material, secrets, or sensitive operational content unless a separate written agreement permits it and appropriate safeguards are in place.
  • Do not use AidGPT to make decisions that could affect a person's safety, rights, access to services, employment, payments, legal position, medical care, protection status, or eligibility without qualified human review and your organisation's approved processes.
  • Do not copy, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with AidGPT systems, or try to bypass access controls, safety controls, rate limits, or authentication.
  • Do not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful content, or content you do not have the right to use.

AI outputs and professional judgement

AidGPT teaches responsible AI practice. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for checking sources, verifying outputs, applying organisational policies, and using qualified human judgement before relying on any output.

AidGPT does not provide legal, medical, financial, procurement, safeguarding, security, or case-management advice. Training materials and assistant responses are educational and must not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or approved organisational review.

Intellectual property

AidGPT materials, course designs, learner platform content, examples, workflows, prompts, graphics, videos, certificates, trademarks, and site content are owned by MarketImpact Digital Solutions Ltd or its licensors. We grant enrolled learners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for their own learning and internal work practice.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to provide AidGPT, support learners, maintain safety, comply with law, and improve course quality. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep AidGPT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Services may depend on third-party platforms, AI providers, payment processors, email systems, hosting providers, browsers, and internet connectivity. Their terms, privacy notices, outages, and policy changes may affect access or functionality.

Liability and warranties

AidGPT is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to a paid course is limited to the amount paid for that course in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, consumer rights that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Cyprus or EU law.

Termination

You may stop using AidGPT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including payment, intellectual property, acceptable use, liability, and governing law provisions.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. The courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. EU consumers may also have access to competent consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution bodies under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, providers, laws, or business needs change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to affected users. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
